Information to Writers

THANK YOU for your interest to publish in Resmedale e-Publishing. At the moment, our service is limited to writers residing in the Philippines. This is due to our technical limitation at the moment. We are, however, upgrading our system to accommodate all others in the near future.

Unless there is a volume demand on print copy (hard copy), our publication is in electronic form. The process usually involves the following:

o       Sending of manuscript

Send your e-manuscripts to us at mails@resmedale.biz. You will be notified  through e-mail using the same address you have used in sending your manuscript immediately after receipt of the manuscript. If you do not receive any confirmation within twenty-four hours, call 09103827024.

o       Evaluation

Our policy is to publish any subject and type of materials. As a matter of good   business, however, manuscripts are evaluated. If there are suggestions, our  editors will contact you through e-mail (the same e-mail you used in sending the manuscript, unless otherwise indicated). In case the work is rejected, you will be notified as such. Resmedale, however, reserves the right not to explain the reason for rejection.

o       Signing of Contract

The signing of contract may be done online or through personal meeting between you and our representative. The contract stipulates, among others, the issue of   copyright and mode of payment. Usually, these are negotiated. Resmedale is committed to long term relationship to its clients.

o       Editing

 The editor works closely with the author in this phase of the publication process. It should be noted here that in case the author disagrees with the editor, such should be pointed out immediately to prevent delay or disruption of the publication.

o       Publication

All our publications or published materials under specific contracts are published in our site. In case your material is published elsewhere, that is definitely not ours unless stipulated in the contract or agreed by us.
